Every now and again the water cooling market is enriched by a new manufacturer and developer, and we at Aquatuning are happy that new innovations and products are being introduced to the market. That Phobya fans are something special is well-known. Now four new models are available, even more affordable than the previous fans and still equipped with truly unique features. The 180mm fans are available as a slim-version now and only 25mm thick. Additionally Phobya now offers a blue-transparent fan and a red LED 140mm version. Phobya's first generation of thermal pads was very popular amongst our customers. Of course, as they offer a thermal conductivity of 5W/mK, which is at the level of a standard thermal compound. Hence many users removed the original thermal pads and replaced them with the Phobya pads to achieve improved cooling performance with little effort. This was a great motivation for the R&D department at Phobya. The challenge was to achieve even better performance - and they managed: 7W/mK, almost 50% increased thermal conductivity!
