Waterblock of the newest generation with Micro-structure design. The abseplate is made form extremely pure copper and has an optimized cooling structure machined into it. The coolant is directed centrally upron the DIE and flows off to the outlet at the side of the cover.

This waterblock features an outstanding cooling performance which exceeds the performance of the cuplex as well as cuplex evo. the waterblock is designed for the operation with pumps of the aquastream and eheim 1046 series, more powerful pumps are not required and will only lead to small improvements of the cooling performance.

The current revision 3 has an improved structure for Multi-Core CPUs and a much larger Pin structure to cool even the larges DIEs.
