With the G1/4" adaptor for the Eheim 1046/1048 it is possible to use fittings with a G1/4" outer thread. The adaptor is simply screwed into the pump's intake and can be used if no reservoir or an external one is used. It is equipped with an O-ring seal /3/8" to 1/4" adaptor) Please note: Do not insert the adaptor ''dry'' as the O-ring twists when inserted dry and may not provide a safe seal. Therefore please moisten the O-ring before inserting the adaptor to prevent any problems. This product will be shipped, unless otherwise specified, without a printed manual.
