The EK.255-5G Thermal compound from Akasa is a silicone-based thermal thermal interface with outstanding thermal conductivity. It can be distributed evenly and quickly on the element to be cooled. To make the application even easier the thermal compound is shipped with a plastic card is specially designed for the distribution of this thermal compound. Before use please ensure that both the element to be cooled as well as the card are completely free of dirt. Apply a thin layer and the cooler can be installed. Of course this Thermal compound is electrically non-conductive.
