Product Information

Due to the new Alphacool D-RAM modules all memory blocks can easily and quickly be equipped with water coolers!

A fight against the underrated heat source "memory" has been announced with the new system of the Alphacool D-RAM coolers .

With these modules, the memory blocks are clamped in the modules (with the attached thermal pads) to achieve optimum cooling results .

The seperately available D-RAM coolers are added and screwed in at the required siz after successfull assembly.

We recommend a very thin layer of thermal paste applied between module and cooler for an optimal heat transfer.

Note:
A thicker thermal pad must be used on one side for single-sided memory blocks which is not included and has to be bought seperately.

der RAM hat eine gesamtbreite von 8mm max. Demnach kann man es sich ausrechnen, wenn der eigene RAM vorliegt.

Wie werden die Kühler montiert? Lässt sich die Seitenwand entfernen oder muss der Kühler über die Ram-module geschoben werden?

Sie müssen lediglich die mitgelieferten Wärmeleitpads auf ihren Ramspeicher legen und dann den Kühler montieren. Dieser bestehe aus zwei miteinander verschraubten Teilen. Sie müssen also lediglich die Teile auf den Ram auflegen und wieder miteinander verschrauben.

Hallo, sind diese Kühler für DDR3 oder 4 geeignet? welche Höhe/Dicke dürfen de Module haben? welche breite haben die Kühler (ohen pad)? Ich habe festgestellt, dass meine neuen DDR4 Module anscheinend 0,5 mm dicker als meine alten sind und auch 0,5 - 1 mm höher.

Der Kühler ist zu allen DDR3 und 4 Ram Bausteinen kompatibel. Minimale Unterschiede in Sachen Höhe und Breite sind völlig normal, die Spezifikationen lassen den Herstellern einen gewissen Spielraum. Auch die Dicke der Riegel kann sich aufgrund der verwendeten Chips unterscheiden, das ist ebenfalls normal. Sie müssen sich hier keine Sorgen machen.

You need to remove the heatspreader from the Corsair RAM sticks.
